YOU MUST HAVE A CURRENT PHYSICAL ON FILE IN THE HMS OFFICE, DATED 4/15/24 OR LATER, TO TRYOUT!
**Please note - if your student particiated in the HAYAA Cheer/Pom program, the middle school DOES NOT have your physical. We do not share information with HAYAA sports.
